Broccoli, Ham & Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Creamy Herbed Dressing1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream3 Tbsp rice vinegar1 Tbsp dijon mustard1 Tbsp honey1.5 tsp dried minced onion or dried chives1.25 tsp dried tarragon or dill1/5 tsp onion salt or celery salt or 1/4 tsp eachSalad3 cups cooked fusilli or rotinin (6oz dried)4 cups broccoli florets1.5 cups diced ham (8oz)1 large red or yellow bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup diced red onion1/3 cup raisins5 cups baby spinach leaves
Directions
1. To prepare dressing: Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, honey, onion (or chives ), tarragon (or dill) and onion salt (and/or celery salt) in a bowl until well blended. Season with white pepper to taste.
2. To prepare salad: Combine pasta, broccoli, ham, bell peppers, diced onion and raisins in a large bwol. Add dressing and toss until evenly incorporated. Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes.
