Turkey Manicotti

Ingredients
1/4 c. bulgur2/3 c boiling water3/4 lb ground lean turkey1 1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese1 tsp dried basil1 tsp. dried oregano1/2 tsp salt1/4 teaspoon pepper14 uncooked manicotti shells1 jar (28 oz) meatless spaghetti sauce1/2 c water1 c (4oz) shredded part skim mozzarell cheese
Directions
1. Place Bulgar in a large bowl, stir in boiling water. cover and let stand for 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Drain and squeeze dry.
2. In a nonstick skillet, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Add cottage cheese, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and bulgur. Stuff into uncooked manicotti shells. Arrange in a 13 x 9 in baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3. Combine spaghetti sauce and water, pour over shells. cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until shells are tender and sauce is bubbly. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 mins longer or until cheese melts.
