Spicy Thai Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated(remove)Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped(remove)*Barilla Whole Grain Linguini, 16 oz(remove)*Canola Oil, .25 cup(remove)Garlic, 3 clove(remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp(remove)Peanuts, dry-roasted, .75 cup(remove)Sesame Oil, 0.5 cup(remove)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp(remove)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp(remove)Honey, 0.25 cup(remove)*Soy Sauce, 0.25 cup(remove)Optional Add-Ins:Shelled EdamameBroccoliBell PeppersCabbageChickenTofu
Directions
1. Boil noodles, drain and set aside.
2. Combine crushed red pepper with both oils and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes to infuse the oil with the pepper.
3.) Strain out the crushed red pepper.
4.) Whisk honey, garlic, and soy sauce into the oil.
5.) Top with carrots, scallions, peanuts, and cilantro.
