Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 plum tomato Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup Garlic, 5 cloves choppedRosemary, 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
Directions
Brown and drain beef. Chop and put all the rest of the ingredients in a rice cooker with one cup of water and cook for one hour. Season with pepper and salt. Boil pasta, mix and serve with cheese.
