Ingredients
* Water ( I just guess maybe 1 cup?) * Oats, 1 cup * Soy Protein Concentrate, 1 oz * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp *Flax Seed, 1 tbsp * Honey, 1 tbsp Add fruit if desired. Blueberries are quite tasty!
Directions
Add all dry ingredients.
Add water and heat until the desired consistency is reached.
Add honey.
Enjoy!
