Seaweed Salad

Ingredients
30g dried wakame seaweed3 T rice vinegar (unseasoned)3 T soy sauce1 T sesame oil1 t sugarred pepper flakes1 t finely grated ginger1/2 t minced garlic2 scallions (lg) thinly sliced1/4 c shredded carrot.2 T chopped fresh cilantro1 T sesame seeds (optional, not added to calories)Soak seaweed in warm water to cover, 5 min. Drain, rinse then squeeze out excess water. If not cut, cut into 1/2 in wide strips.Stir together ingredients through garlic until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients.Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
