Orange Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
One fresh avocadoJuice from one orange1/2 c whole milk yogurt2 tbs apricot jam
Directions
Cut avocado in half, remove pit. Scoop out fruit.
Use manual juicer (the old-fashioned, low-tech type) to squeeze juice from one orange.
Combine all ingredients in blender & mix until smooth.
