Tilapia in Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:4-6 oz Tilapia Fillets 2 T Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Butter ½ cup low fat 1/2 & 1/2¼ cup White Wine 2 Cloves Garlic, put through a garlic press 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped Salt, Pepper, Cayene (or fresh jalapenos) to taste

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter together over medium high heat. Add pressed garlic, season tilapia with spices and add to skillet. Brown on both sides, add wine, scraping bottom of skillet to loosen any drippings. Add 1/2 & 1/2 and mix with wine sauce. Cook sauce until reduced enough to coat the back of a spoon. Add parsley and serve over brow rice or Dreamfield pasta.
