Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
2# beef (I used a london broil) cubed1/4 C (or less) flour3 Cans mixed vegetables drained2 boxes beef broth2 cans whole potatos drained - cubed.5 C white rice.5 C quick cook barley
Directions
flour and season beef to taste
brown in little bit of vegetable oil
add remaining (except rice and barley)
bring to boil, reduce and simmer 2 hrs
add rice and barley, continue simmering add'l 1 hr
