Pannukakko Finnish Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter2.5 cups milk1.5 cups flour1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a microwaveable mixing bowl. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 11"x15.5" pan (must have high sides as the pancake puffs up and climbs the sides of the pan as it is baking). Mix other ingredients together. Pour over butter. Place into oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Edges should be golden brown. When you pull it out of the oven the pannukakko will settle down almost flat except for the edges.

Serving Size: Cut into eight equal pieces.
