Homemade Granola

Ingredients
5 c. oats3/4 c. brown sugar1/3 c. honey1/3 c. canola oil1/2 c powdered milk3/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 c. shredded coconut
Directions
In a saucepan, mix sugar, honey and oil until sugar is dissolved. In a large bowl, combine oats, milk powder, cinnamon and coconut. Pour sugar mixture over oat mixture. Stir until all oats are coated. Pour in jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, stirring once during baking. Let cool on baking pan.
