Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup Baby Carrots, raw, 2 medium Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Onions, raw, 0.33 cup, chopped Vijay malai Paneer, 25 gram(s) *Green chilly / Mirchi, 45 gram(s) Garlic, 8 clovesPepper, black, 1 dash *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 1 serving Sunflower Oil, 2 1tsp *Table salt, 0.25 tsp *Paprika, 1 tsp Egg (india), 1 eggginger garlic paste 1 tb
Directions
prepare the chilly-garlic paste by blending 3 green chillies and the garlic cloves.Heat oil in a pan,add the chopped onion,and the spices and salt..add the cauliflower and saute for a while,then add the carrots and paneer and saute for a few minutes...then add the spinach and cover and cook for abt 10 to 15 minutes....uncover and break an egg on top and stir while it cooks...Dig in! :)
