Chocolatey Coffee Breakfast Shake (Paleo/ LC)

Ingredients
1/3 of a large banana (about 50 grams), frozen1 scoop vanilla protein powder (no added sugar variety)1/4 cup of coffee, frozen in ice cube trays1 cup unsweetened almond milk1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder1/2 tsp. guar gum, if you have it (this gets the shake nice and thick, but it's optional)1 oz. half and half, optionalSweetener to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender at its highest speed until thick and creamy. Serve in a tall glass with a cute straw!
