Sweet, Spicy n' Sour Sprouts

Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon vegetable broth or water2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions
In a medium saucepan, cook Brussels sprouts in 2/3 cup boiling water until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
In a medium bowl, combine oil, broth, syrup, vinegar, and mustard until well combined.
Drizzle over the sprouts in the pan, toss thoroughly to combine and serve.
