Whole Grain Penne in a Tomato & Diced Chilies Spaghetti sauce with Slow Cooked strips of Chicken Breast

Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unitStewed Tomatoes, 2 cupOrtega Diced Green Chiles, 7 ozBarilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 servingRagu Old World Style Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, 680.4 gram(s)
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Force thaw chicken breasts in hot water, cut into strips and lay out to cover bottom of pot.
Add diced chilies evenly over chicken.
Drain and add two cans of stewed tomatoes.
Cover and set on High.
About an hour prior to dinner being served, break up the stewed tomatoes and add the Ragu sauce.
Cover and continue cooking, stirring every so often.
Prior to serving, boil water and cook pasta.
