Low Carb Crepes

Ingredients
6 oz cream cheese1/4 c SF torani syrup (vanilla or caramel)4 eggs2 tsp cinnamon3 tbs butter
Directions
Mix ingredients together in blender or with hand mixer. It's easiest if cream cheese is very soft.

Melt butter in pan, apply a few drops of batter. Cook 4-5 minutes one side and 2 on the other... Works best if a thin layer.
