Sugar-free Barbecue sauce

Ingredients
1 sm onion minced1/2 red bell pepper minced1 clove garlic, minced1 6oz can tomato paste1 can (12 oz) diet cola3T yellow mustard1T Worcestershire sauce1T white vinegarSplenda brown sugar blend, to tastepinch ground cloves1-3 t liquid smoke (substitute 1t paprika, or chipotle powder)1/2 c waterhot sauce to taste
Directions
Spray skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Saute vegetables with garlic over medium heat until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir till smooth. Heat thoroughly than simmer on low for 20 to 30 minutes (the longer the better)
