Chipotle Bison Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. ground, free range Bison meat2 chipotle peppers with 2 Tbsp adobo sauce1 Tbsp coconut flour1/4 C. All whites, liquid egg white1/2 Tbsp minced dried onion1/2 tsp. himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
Directions
Finely dice 2 chipotle peppers and add to bison meat along with 2 Tbsp of adobo sauce. Then add the rest of the ingredients to the ground bison and mix well. Form into 12 meatballs and fry in lightly sprayed or lightly oiled skillet until cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 12 meatballs. 3 meatballs per serving.
