Zuchinni Chips

Ingredients
1 medium length zuchinniVegetable oil spraysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cut zuchinni in 1/4 inch thick discs. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable oil spray. Lay discs out flat on cookie sheet and spray lightly with vegetable spray. Salt an pepper to taste. Use less than you would as they concentrate the flavors as the discs dehydrate. Cook in oven for 15-17 minutes or until desired doneness. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes or until easy to remove from sheet.
