Turkey Sliders

Ingredients
1.5 # lean ground turkey3/4 cup chopped scallions3/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves1 garlic clove mincedzest of 1 orange2.5 tsp curry powder1 tsp fine sea salt1 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp grape seed oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except grape seed oil. Shape into patties (about 2.5 oz each). Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat, add 1/2 of grape seed oil to pan. Cook half of the patties approximately 5 minutes each side. Remove & keep warm in the oven. Add remaining oil to pan & cook remaining patties 5 minutes each side. Serve without aged balsamic vinegar as a dressing.
