Chef Meg's Nutty Baked Apples with Raisins (Diabetic Friendly)

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 4 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb(remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp(remove)Pecans, 14 grams(remove)Raisins, 50 raisins(remove)Irish Oatmeal (McCann's), .06 cup(remove)Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed(remove)Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp(remove)
Directions
Core apples. Mix together butter, pecans, raisins, oatmeal, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Fill cored apples with mixture, divided evenly. Put apples in baking dish. Put 1/2 cup water in bottom of baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
