Ingredients
4 C. Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlet, Chopped3/4 C. Golden Raisins1 tsp. Dijon-Style Prepared Mustard3/4 C. Fat-Free Mayonnaise3/4 C. Pineapple Tidbits, Drained1 tsp. Curry Powder1/3 C. Chopped Celery1/2 C. Chopped Pecans1 C. Seedless Grapes1 Head Iceberg Lettuce - Rinsed, Dried, & Chopped
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, raisins, mustard, mayonnaise, pineapple, curry powder & celery. Mix ingredients & divide among four servings of lettuce.
2. Top with pecans & garnish with grapes.
