Min's Tuna Noodle Casserole (no cheese)

16 oz. bag of egg noodles26 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup2 cups 1% milk2 5 oz. cans of tuna in water12 oz. bag of frozen peas2 tbl parkay24 multi-grain club crackers (crushed)
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. I usually cook it a few minutes less and add the peas the last 2 minutes of cook time. Drain the noodles and peas and drain the cans of tuna. Mix the soup and milk and stir in the noodles, peas, and tuna until well mixed. Pour into baking dish. Crush the crackers and mix in the Parkay. Pour over the top of the noodles. Bake in 375 oven covered for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake another 5-10 until lightly browned.
