Ingredients
1 1/3 c flour1tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt3/4 cup organic cane sugar2 shredded carrots1 sm shredded apple1/2 cup shredded cocnut2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1/2 c vegetable oil1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix wet ingredients and shredded apples, coconut and carrots incorperate to dry ingredients, bake 12 minutes in muffin pan sprayed w/ Pam
