ViSalus No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup of oatmeal (Dry)1/2 Cup of reduced fat peanut butter (Creamy)1/3 Cup of honey1 Cup of coconut flakes 2 Scoops of ViSalus Nutritional Shake Mix (Dry)1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 Cup of Flaxseed (Optional- not included in nutritional information)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed evenly. One mixture is evenly mixed, use approx 1 tbsp of mixture to roll into ball then flatten using a fork into a cookie. Some prefer to serve chilled. No baking required.
