Barbecue tofu

Ingredients
Extra firm tofu, block (cut in cubes or stripes)Hoisin sauce, 1 tspSesame oil, 1 tspBraggs Amino (or soy sauce), 2 tbspRice vinegar (1 tbsp)Canola oil for the skilletGinger spice, red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
Heat the skillet, add canola oil. When heated, add cubes of tofu. Cook on both sides for couple min.
Add the same time, in a bowl mix other ingredients (soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and ginger spice)
Add the sauce to the tofu, cook for 4 min, cover. and serve with rice and veggies.
