Chicken breast with mushroom cream sauce

3 chicken breast butterflied and cut in half4 cups mushrooms chopped (I used button and oyster)1 onion thinnly sliced1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup low fat sourcream 2 cups chicken broth1 tablespoon garlic powder1 teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon oil3 tablespoons poultry and seafood seasoning
Butterly chicken breast and cut in half. Seaon liberally with pultry seasoning. Heat a skillet to medium high heat and saute chicken till browned. Remove and saute mushrooms and onion in left over oil till mushrooms are reduced and onion is soft about 8-10 minutes. Add soup and broth mix till combined. Add sour cream and garlic powder and pepper. add chicken breast back to the pan with any juices that are left on the plate. Bring to a boil and reduce temp to medium. Let simmer for 10 minutes. You may serve now if you want a thinner sauce or cook longer for a thicker consistancy.
