Use egg whites and not egg substitute -- the egg substitute is higher in fat!Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1 slice Meatless Sausage, 1 patty Egg white, 3 Weight Watchers English Muffin
Defrost the sausage patty and cut up into small pieces. Toast the muffin
Using a tupperware container the size of the english muffin, add the egg whites to the sausage pieces and microwave until the egg whites are firm, about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Turn out the eggs and sausage onto the muffin and top with the cheese slice.
