1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth4 packs truvia4 tablespoons lite soy sauce3 tablespoons corn starch4 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 teaspoon ginger2 tablespoons peanut oil1/2 cup scallions1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1 lb chicken (450g)
mix chicken broth, truvia, soy sauce, corn starch, vinegar and ginger in bowl, set aside.
In large skillet heat peanut oil and saute scallions and red pepper flakes for a couple minutes, add cubed chicken cook until no longer pink, add sauce that was set aside, cook until it thickens.
