ShaZah's "Loaded Chili"

Ingredients
2-3 lbs grass fed beef1/2 chopped sweet onion3 cloves garlic pressed2 tsp brown sugar1 small can chopped green chilies2 cans of beef broth1 can crushed tomatoes2 cans tomato paste3 TBLS chili sauce1 can black beans1 can kidney beans1 can baby white butter beans1 bottle/can of beer1 small fresh lime squeezedSea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste2 tsp oregano2 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain if necessary. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer. Optional: Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped raw onion, tortilla strips.
