Apple cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
cucumber, apple, pineapple juice, spinach (or kale or other leafy veggies)
Directions
Just blend all the ingredients.

You can substitute fresh pineapple instead of pineapple juice. But also use water in order to blend the ingredients.

The Spinach can also be substituted for other fresh green leafy veggies
