1 Hardboiled egg1 Tbsp 0% fat Fage Green yogurt1 tsp Brown mustard 1 tsp Brussels sprouts relish (or any relish)
Directions
Chop egg. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Place mixture into blender and pulse until smooth (no lumps allowed)
