3 egg matzohs2 large eggs, mixed with one large egg white1 tsp salt2 tsp cracked black pepper1/4 cup granulated sugar1 tbs butter
Soak matzohs in water until soft. Drain well.
Whisk eggs, egg white, salt, pepper and sugar.
Add broken up matzoh to egg mixture.
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet until foam has subsided.
Pour in egg-matzoh mixture and cook on medium heat for ~ 3-4 minutes, until will browned and crispy. Flip and cook on reverse side for ~ 3 minutes.
Serve with jam.
Serving Size: Makes 2 - 3 servings.
