Baked Rice

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup rice4 cups water2 tsp salt4 eggs1-1/2 cups sugar2 tsp vanilla2 cups whipping cream1 apple sliced very thin
Rinse rice well
Cook rice in water with salt in saucepan till all water is absorbed
Put rice in 9x13 baking dish
Combine remaining ingredients except apple
Pour over rice and stir gently using a fork
place slice apples on top
Bake @ 325 for 45 minutes
