6 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled.1/4 cup or more Orange Juice for moisting. 1 egg1/4 lb butter melted1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. cinnamonTOPPING:1/4 CUP PECANS2TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR1 OZ. DARK RUM
Place the sweet potatoes, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg in the food processor, Mix until smooth, adding orange juice as necessary to moisten. sSpread intoa 9x13 " pan .
Sprinkle with. pecans then brown sugar and pour the rum over the top
Bake at 350 deg until hot.
