Ingredients
Tomato Paste 6 oz1 Yellow Onionseason all ( to taste)1/4 Cup Vegetable oil2 Cups White Jasmine long grain rice2 cups of mixed vegetablesHabenero pepper or Cayenne to taste
Directions
sautee onions in oil until transparent, add tomato paste, and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Add more spices if desired such as black pepper,

Add rice with about 1/4 cup water and turn heat to med-low and simmer for approx 20 min or until done.
