Directions
--FILL EACH JALEPENO HALF WITH CREAM CHEESE, I LIKE TO FILL JUST TO THE TOP, IF YOU OVER FILL THE CREAM CHEESE MAY MELT AND BE MESSY.
--ADD A JUMBO SHRIMP(I PREFER WITH TAIL FOR BETTER FLAVOR) TO EACH HALF
--CUT SLICES OF BACON IN HALF AND WRAP AROUND THE JALEPENO AND SHRIMP, STICK A TOOTH PIC THROUGH THE CENTER TO HOLD IT ALL TOGETHER.
--PLACE ON GRILL UNTIL THE BACON IS NICE AND CRISPY, CURLED AND BROWN. USUALLY TAKES ABOUT 6 MINS ON EACH SIDE FOR ME. DO NOT OVERCOOK AS THE JALEPENO SHOULD STILL HAVE A CRUNCH.
