Ingredients
Low Carb Tortilla Shells (8)Chicken BreastRefried Beans, fat-freeSpanish RiceShredded CheeseGreen and Red PeppersOnionEnchilada Sauce
Directions
Cut up and cook chicken breast, saute peppers and onions. Layer into a 9x13 pan creating your own layers. Pour enchilada sauce on top. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
