1 cup oats1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 2 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup PB2, Prepared1/4 cup no sugar added peanut butter2 Tbsp honey 3 scoops vanilla isolate protein powder1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir. Mix well. Place mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
2. Once mixture has chilled, roll into 15 small uniform balls. These may be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Serving Size: Makes about 15 balls.
