Ingredients
1 head Napa Cabbage1/2 lb mushrooms1 onion2 stalk celery2 carrots1 bunch spinach1 can bamboo shoots1 can sliced water chestnuts1 1/2 cups Soy Sauce2 Tbl sugar1/4 cups dry sherry or red wine1/2 cup beef both1/4 cup water1 pkg Firm Tofu2 Tbl Olive OilAsian style noodles
Directions
Heat Oil in large skillet. Dice Tofu and had to hot oil.

Chop remaining veggies. Add onion, celery, carrots, cabbage. Cook with lid on for about 10 minutes. Add all liquid ingredients, including sugar.

Add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and spinich. Steam until all veggies are cooked all the way though. Add noodles and serve n a bowl.

    This works great with chicken in place of tofu. I used bok choy in place of napa cabbage and added bean sprouts. Turned out very well. - 6/8/10
