1 Tbsp Flour1 T oats (Quick)2 tsp Brown sugar2 tsp Low fat yogurt1/4-1/2 tsp Baking powder1 tsp grated carrotcinnamon, ginger 1/4 t each1 cardamom1 clove+/- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Microwave for high on about 70-80 seconds
