pork fried rice

Ingredients
Pork, fresh, shoulder, blade left over cut in bite size pieces approx 3 cupsFried Egg, 4 large Peanut Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, .5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, .5 cup, dicedBrown Rice, long grain, approx 3 cup cookedPeas, frozen, 0.5 cup 2 tbs. Soy sauce
Directions
sautee pork, onions, carrots, celery, in peanut oil until veggies tender but not too much

while that cooks - cook rice according to directions in

cook peas in microwave

fry eggs use liitle cooking spray scramble very little so the egg whites don't totally mix. chop after flipping over.

when rice done add to pork and veggie mix, drain any water and add peas, eggs and 2 tbs soy sauce.
