cook the olive oil, fennel seed, and garlic, adding water till it cooks down. Add cubed chicken breast, slowly cook it down with the seasonings, adding water to not let it dry out. Cook the spaghetti noodles, set aside. Scramble eggs together, real well, add half the Parmesan cheese, mix together. add to the chicken when it is done and mix together quickly serve with remaining Parmesan on the top.
