Mango Cake

Ingredients
2 cup Mango pulp1/2 cup koya (or a mixture of 3/4th cottage cheese and 1/4 butter)1/4 th cup sugar1 cup unbleached flour1 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking2 eggs1/2 cup milk
Directions
Add the ingredients in the order given. Mix properly and pour in a loaf tin. Bake at 360 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Check by inserting a knife.
