2 1b penne rigate noodles4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables2 cups, seperated, light Italian dressing1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Marinate chicken in 1 cup of dressing for as long as desired. Prepare noodles and vegetables according to directions of packages. Grill chicken until done. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, if needed add more dressing or a little butter. Serve hot or cold. Makes 8 1 1/2 cup servings.
