Turkey Corn Chowder

Ingredients
red onion, choppedred pepper, choppedgarlic, mincedtrukey breast, chopped2% milkturkey stockcornstarchcanned corn, nibletscanned corn, creamed
Directions
Saute onion, pepper and garlic for 5 minutes. Add stock and turkey, simmer for 15 minutes. Add corn and 1 cup milk simmer 10 minutes. Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup milk, add to soup and simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
Salt and pepper to taste.
