Southwestern "Sausage" Tart

Ingredients
16 oz. LightLife Gimme Lean Ground Sausage Style2 (15 oz.) Packages Refrigerated Pie Crusts2 C. Chunky-Style Salsa, Drained1 1/2 C. Egg Substitute1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Pepper1/2 C. Skim Milk1 C. Shredded 2% Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2. Unwrap piecrusts & roll each out to slightly thinner than original thickness. Use a 4-inch cookie cutter to cut circles out of crust; gently press each circle into bottom & up the sides of ungreased muffin cup baking pans (crust will not reach top of tin). If necessary, re-roll dough scraps to make additional dough circles.
3. Combine "sausage" with remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into each crust, filling about 3/4 full.
4. Bake 40 minutes or until crust is browned.
