1 cup Giant Eagle Berry Medley1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder1/2 Banana1 cup Dannon Light n Fit Vanilla Yogurt1/2 cup Fresca
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed.

Pour and serve.

You can substitute different fruits is you wish to.
