Chicken, broccoli and rice casserole

Ingredients
Instant Brown Rice, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Milk, nonfat, .25 cup *Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 4 oz Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving Broccoli, frozen, 2 10 oz packagesLow Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (poached and shredded)
Directions
Serving Size: 8 servings

Add chicken to pot, cover with water, bring to boil, cover and reduce to simmer until chicken is 160F. Shred with fork

Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, mix well. Add to 9x13 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cook at 350 for 35 min or until bubbly and rice is cooked.
