Spaghetti with Mussels, Garlic & White Wine

Ingredients
6 oz Spaghetti1/2 cup dry white wine2 tsp olive oil1/2 cup minced flat leaf parsley1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves4 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp crushed red pepper24 medium mussels, scrubbed and debearded
Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and put in a serving bowl.
2. Meanwhile, combine the wine, oil, parsley, thyme, garlic and crushed red pepper in a saucepan. Cook, strirring constantly, until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add the mussels; cover and cook until the mussels open, 4-5 minutes. Discard any mussels that don't open. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and toss to combine.
